Revalation Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Madison’s Hebron Valley. From estate-grown grapes, it produces award-winning wines as well as verjus, a non-alcoholic juice that is tart and sweet. The latter is used in marinades, sauces, salad dressing. It can serve as a substitute for vinegar or lemon. It makes a delectable cocktail and mocktail mixer. The wine portfolio comprises white, red, rosé, port-style and sparkling wines.
