Walker Bakeshop is a small-batch, family-owned artisan bakery specializing in sourdough breads, laminated pastries, and Jewish specialties such as babkas, bagels, and rugelah. We are well known for our signature Whiskey and Rye cookie which is our take on a grown-up chocolate chip cookie using CoperFox Rye Whiskey in place of vanilla.
